ABOUT FRIENDS WEMA

In search of what our
lives means has been a recounter of trials and errors and maybe the failures
and disappointment is what make the journey of reason worthwhile.
The Project Wema has been
a series of trials, errors and man trials and errors.
Wema is a Swahili name
meaning good will, goodness or kindhearted. On the other hand, a friend is a
person one can genuinely rely on, someone that brings out your authentic self,
someone you can depend on for sound advice, companionship, loyalty and above
all some whom you love and they love you back.
The combination of the
words Friends Wema is generally a person/s or a project that aims to hold high
the flag of education, psychological support (Mental Health), leadership,
mentorship and above all friendship to young adolescent girls and boys and the
youth.
The birth of the project
is motivated by individuals who’ve gone through the same journey and risen from
the same target population and maybe they can’t say they’ve emerged successful
on the other side but they have learned, acquired indispensable skills and
techniques, they’ve also failed and re-emerged.
The Project aims to be
epitome of learning and only seeks to improve where it can, the individuals in
the project are only interested to see younger generations climbing the
mountain higher than the predecessor.
So
Guys, this is a blueprint of what friendswema intends to do. We can have your
ideas on the comments sections and we will review and see how to incorporate
them. Looking forward to having as many as possible😉

ReplyDeleteEducation.leadership and mental health are the core aspects in our society and their addressing is very critical especially to the upcoming generation which will be the driver of these aspects, and if we are hoping for the best results in future now is the time to work on them
